Horse Slaughter

Do you really know the tricks of the people who slaughter horses?

In a key victory for protecting American horses from slaughter, the U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 503, the American Horse Slaughter Prevention Act, by a vote of 263 to 146 on Sept. 7, 2006. This Act doesn't stop the people who don't care, they now ship American horses who weren't sold at auction, rodeo's, or even who have been sold and ended up into the wrong hands. After, these horses are shipped into Mexico, where they are killed and packaged, and then sold to foreign countries. When they get to foreign countries they are then sold for human consumption.
